The front of the building has been cleaned up. Review plans and determine the next steps moving forward. - House of Hinges Update
Fines continue to be issued. Receive an update from the Town Attorney concerning the court schedule. - The Buckland Update
The property is moving into the cleanup period and may be listed for sale in September. If it is listed before the September Commission meeting, Mayor Gary Lucks, acting as a real estate professional, will arrange a showing for the Commission. The grant application has been submitted, a significant amount of furniture has been removed, and the deed has not yet cleared. - Building Permit Review
