Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM.
Attendance: Edwin Ramos, Robyn Martin, Shelly Roache, Bonnie Powell, Heather Sisson, Mayor Gary Lucks, Treasurer Michelle Jackson.
Approval of Minutes: A motion was made to approve the March 2026 minutes. The motion was seconded and approved unanimously.
Treasurer’s Report: The Treasurer’s Report was presented by Michelle Jackson. A motion was made to approve the report, seconded, and approved unanimously.
Easter Event Review: A roundtable discussion was held. Suggestions included starting arts and crafts at 10:00 AM and the egg hunt at 12:00 PM to improve flow and allow more time for food trucks.
Food Truck Coordination: The 2026 food truck list was reviewed and is in order. Robyn Martin presented a spreadsheet outlining vendor assignments for each event.
Park Electric Update: The project is currently with Delmarva Power and awaiting further action.
Upcoming Events: The Heart Walk setup and May Day event planning were discussed. Fourth of July Planning: Efforts are underway to secure participation from Maryland State Police (including helicopter), local Sheriff’s Department, and East New Market Fire Department for the parade.
